Works in collaboration with other Clinic Administrative staff and provider(s) to ensure clinic workflow and productivity is maintained at target levels, and resources are maximized for clinics and interdepartmental needs. Oversees clinic staffing including nurses, assistants, receptionists, etc. Oversees clinic appointments schedule, billing, collection of co-pay and other office procedures.
