Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support
- Assist with organizing and managing marketing materials, including print collateral, promotional items, and digital assets.
- Maintain department calendars, including event schedules, content posting timelines, and project deadlines.
- Support coordination of invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
- Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Other duties as assigned
Marketing & Advertising Support
- Assist with social media by scheduling pre-approved content, responding to basic comments/messages, and tracking engagement.
- Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and maintain content library for the community relations department.
- Other duties as assigned
Event & Community Outreach Support
- Provide logistical support for community events, including setting up, breaking down, and interacting with the attendees on behalf of NARMC.
- Help coordinate internal organization events.
- Assist with vendor coordination.
- Other duties as assigned.
Internal Communications Support
- Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications and announcements.
- Help coordinate internal signage updates and ensure information is up to date across the organization.
