The Food Services Specialist supports hospital food and nutrition operations by performing a variety of tasks in both the front-of-house and back-of-house settings. This position is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting in the smooth operation of the department.
Must have knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and safety protocols and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required:
High school or equivalent
One-year prior experience in food service, hospitality, or healthcare food services.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
