These positions perform tasks related to the preparation and service of the food to the various customer groups. The employee will work under moderate supervision in the main kitchen, preparing and cooking attractive and flavorful meals using assigned recipes. This position will also assist with setting up and disassembling the café line, patient trayline and catering events. This position may be asked to complete tasks normally conducted by the cashier and/or hostess if/when needed.
