  • Overview

    Performs wide range of application programming duties
    May also formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems
    Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
    Codes instructions relating to difficult tasks and procedures in minicomputer or mainframe installation

    Responsibilities

    • Performs daily management of the Hospital’s networks and other systems
    • Meditech Operations and MIS Operations
    • PC Software
    • Repairing of PC/Printers, etc.
    • Takes fair share of work order on Track-It and completes promptly
    • Bridgehead Software
    • PC Deployment
    • Remote Connection Administration
    • Back up on-call personnel
    • VM Ware
    • MT (MIS) Specialist

    Qualifications

    Education:

     

    High school diploma or GED required with emphasis in computers and office occupations.

     

    Experience:

     

    Previous office / clerical skills, accurate typing skills and computer network knowledge.

     

    Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification:

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

     

    Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
